Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and related nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of endometriosis. Method: 118 patients were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 59 patients in each group. The control group took mifepristone capsules orally, while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine dialectical medication. Both groups of patients cooperated with the systematic nursing measures. The total effective rate of the experimental group patients was 96.6%, significantly better than the control group's 76.3%; The recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the pregnancy rate
was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with endometriosis, and has a high pregnancy rate and low recurrence rate, which has a positive effect on the clinical treatment of endometriosis.
